Candidates can stop by the office to browse the job board, or learn how to use OhioMeansJobs, which lists entry to professional level positions and offers job search tools.
Business Services Consultant Carol Owen-Kern says she enjoys working in Seneca County because of the people. “It’s exciting seeing the growth in the county and it’s great to be a part of that by helping them find qualified candidates.” The DJFS sees about 550-600 visitors per month, and they hold resume and interview workshops twice a month.
