Looking for a fun way to explore downtown Tiffin? Four uniquely themed walks are held throughout the year;
- Downtown Chocolate Walk, Saturday, April 4 (Suspended)
- Summer Stroll, Saturday, July 18 (Suspended)
- Pumpkin Stroll, Saturday, October 10
- Christmas Walk, Saturday, December 5
For $20, your ticket allows you to visit participating locations and collect a unique treat related to the walk’s theme. There are typically 20-25 stops in the downtown area. Get a group of friends together and wear your walking shoes (shuttles are sometimes offered too)! Prior to each walk, a VIP event is held at varying downtown locations, depending on start time of walk, VIP events have been brunch or heavy hors’ devours. Ticket price varies depending on the menu, but is $35-$45 and includes your walk ticket. Read more
Trivia Night in Downtown Tiffin is a collaboration between TSEP and the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library. Our goal is to bring people of our great community together for a fun-filled evening while supporting locally owned businesses. Locations vary, but have included, Viaduct Bar & Grill, Tiffin-Seneca Library, Phat Cakes, Moose Lodge, Elks Lodge and many more.
Teams can register prior to the event by calling the library at 419-447-3751 or online at tiffinsenecalibrary.org. Registration often fills quickly! The night of the event, teams will write their answers and submit them to the judges during four rounds of general trivia. At the end of the night, the winning team gets to take home the traveling Trivia Night trophy!

Themed evenings in downtown Tiffin – every third Thursday of each month! Each Thursday has a theme and participating businesses and restaurants are encouraged to incorporate the theme through decorations, a special menu items, music and more!
St. Paddy’s Day 5K
2020 Walk Suspended Due to COVID-19
Chase the Leprechaun during the Annual St. Paddy’s Day 5k Run/Walk. Every year there is a speedy leprechaun in the race. The leprechaun starts after everyone else has begun, giving you a generous head start. Costumes are encouraged! Awards are given to the Top Ladd and Top Lass finishers. Proceeds to benefit Downtown Revitalization in Tiffin. Read more
Memorial Day Parade
Held each year on Memorial Day, the parade is sponsored by the United Veterans Council of Seneca County.
The 2019 Memorial Day parade was held May 27 at 10:00 am. The parade started at St. Joseph church, traveled north on S. Washington St., across Veterans’ Bridge, and ended at Monument Square on Frost Parkway. Contact Jody O’Millian, 567-208-8247 for more information or to participate.
Experience the Tiffin-Seneca County Farmers Market sponsored by Sutton Bank in beautiful historic downtown Tiffin. The Farmer’s Markets will take place on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month starting May 16-October 24.
Customers can purchase home grown produce, home-made baked goods, honey, flowers and more. The market is open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and is located on S. Washington St., adjacent to the Courthouse.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the 2020 Pizza Party has been changed to be more of a “pizza stroll” during the September 17 Third Thursday.
Bring the whole family to enjoy pizza on the East Green! Each $1 ticket can be redeemed for a slice of pizza from any vendor, potato chips provided by Ballreich’s Potato Chips, soda, or water provided by Hempy Water. Half of each ticket sold will goes toward downtown revitalization. 2019 Pizza vendors included: Domino’s Pizza, Fort Ball Pizza Palace, Heavenly Pizza, Jac & Do’s, Marco’s Pizza, Napoli Pizza, Reino’s Pizza & Pasta.

Snag some great deals in Downtown Tiffin during the Garage Sales! You won’t want to miss this fun day, happening on August 8 from 9:00 – 1:00, you’re sure to find something at the Garage Sales or the Farmer’s Market!
2020 Festival Canceled Due to COVID-19
Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival is Ohio’s 8th largest festival. The “Living Village” is located at Hedges Boyer Park and you can step back in time with reenactments, activities, music and vendors. The “Downtown Area” has family friendly entertainment including amusement rides, children’s areas, games, food vendors and more.

Main Street Celebration

The Main Street Celebration is a celebration of the successes of 2019 and updates about what’s happening in Downtown Tiffin in 2020! Annual awards are to be presented and there is an opportunity for community input.
Spend the day exploring downtown Tiffin for a chance to win great prizes! Teams of 3 or 4 will be tasked by visiting downtown businesses and completing different missions! The 5th Annual Downtown Tiffin Scavenger Hunt will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2020.
Get into the holiday spirit with some fun activities happening in Downtown Tiffin. On Friday, December 4 the Downtown Christmas Tree Lighting will take place. On Saturday, December 5, the Christmas Parade begins at 11:00, you can also take part in the Christmas Walk. The fun doesn’t stop there, plan to visit Santa at various downtown locations and enjoy a free family holiday movie at The Ritz.
